Summary:
We have been thrilled with the service we received from Net Services. Mike Stephens set up our home network in a timely, efficient manner
which has revolutionized our home computing. Mike networked our two home computers along with our two laptops and it has been
wonderful...no more wires, no more dial up. Our system has worked perfectly. Not only did we receive excellent service at the time our system
was networked, but Mike has been more than willing and available to answer any questions or handle any issues we had to deal with...all of
which have been user error or ignorance..but each and every time, Mike knew just what to do and took the time to answer any questions and
educate so the problem could be avoided in the future. I would definitely recommend networking. What a difference in the way our system
works and anywhere in our house!!!! And, I can think of no one I would trust more to deal with any computing/networking situations and/or
challenges than Net Services. Mike is the best!!!! We couldn't be more pleased!

Summary:
I have known and worked with Mike Stephens, president of Net Services, for nearly 15 years. Initially, he was a technician with Sonacom,
which was our telephone system vendor until 2001. During that time, Mike kept our telephone system running smoothly.. Any time we did
have a problem, Mike responded and resolved the situation very quickly and efficiently. After Mike started Net Services, we continued to call
upon him to maintain Hogan’s telephone switches at the corporate office downtown and at our main terminal in Bridgeton. Being a full
service transportation company, telephone communications are critical to company success. Mike has never let us down when we needed
help with any telephone issues. I have no reservation in recommending Mike Stephens and Net Services to any company that needs a top
notch telephone system expert to maintain their telecommunication system.
